Q1. What are the entry formalities at Singapore Immigration / Do I require a Singapore entry visa to attend the conference?

If you are flying in to Singapore for the conference, you may want to take a look at the "Useful information for visitors" page on the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) website. 

Other links that may be useful to you are the entry requirements at immigration and the visa requirements for entering Singapore as prescribed by the ICA. 

For the Letter of Introduction, kindly proceed to your local missionaries/embassies in your country to apply for it.

Q2. Where is the PVSEC-26 Conference located?

The PVSEC-26 Conference is held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, across the Marina Bay Sands Hotel.  
Detailed directions to the hotel for delegates arriving by private and public transport are available at the Marina Bay Sands website. 


Q3. When is the Abstract Submission Deadline?

The Abstract Submission Deadline is on 15 Aug 2016, after which we will begin allocating slots to reviewed abstracts for oral and poster presentations.

Should you wish to submit an abstract later than 15 Aug 2016, you are welcome to submit it under a "Late Abstract Submission". While the abstract will be reviewed as per due process, allocation to an oral or poster slot for Late Submissions will be subject to availability.
